Research Abstract |
Optimization and application of negative ionization MALDI ●MALDI conditions have been optimized for negative ionization. ●Novel peptide mass fingerprinting method has been developed using negative ionization. ●Novel screening method for chemical modifications on HSA has been developed. Optimization and application of negative ionization ESI ● ESI conditions have been optimized for negative ionization ●Fragmentation pattern has been investigated for each chemically modified peptide. ●A screening method for chemical modifications has been developed using the specific fragmentations.
