Research Abstract |
Stable isotope13C-labeled human glioma cells were prepared by adding essential amino acid 13C-methionine in cell culture media. After subcutaneous transplantation of the cellsin mouse, we use a magnetic resonance imaging at 7T and obtained a chemical sift imaging of the13C-labeled cell cluster1.H/13C-CryoProbe in place of 1tHh/e13C-surface coil enablesus to reduce the scanning time significantly.metThoids may beuseful assaafe celltracking technique in postoperative management of cell transplant therapy.
