Research Abstract

W e have established ultrasensitive ELISA insulin assay system. With the anti-IR antibody which does not inhibit the binding of sIR with insulin,we could measure the insulin which binds to sIR.We have succeeded to precipitate sIR-insulin complex by the monoclonal antibody 18-44 without affecting sIR-insulin complex.
