Research Abstract

We established the mouse model of serological immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy. NY -ESO-1 Ab E978 was administered i.v. to mice bearing NY -ESO-1-expressing CT26 tumor and treated with 5-FU. NY -ESO-1-Ag-Ab complex was observed in these mice and the anti-tumor effect was dependent on Fc portion and antigen presenting cells as dendritic cells, followed by induction and activation of antigen specific CD8 T cells, resulting in anti-tumor response.
