Research Abstract |
This study investigated circadian rhythms of wrist skin temperature in children. The rhythm showed a clear square wave in a day: higher in nighttime and lower in daytime. There was a significant relationship in awakening and sleep-onset time between analyzed by wrist temperature and acceleration. This method is practical and convenient for measuring life rhythm in children.
