I accomplished a great deal of study with regard to limitation and exception of copyright, by examining the discussion from the perspective of comparative law and fundamental research, while there has been a discussion over the revision of Japanese Copyright Act in 2012. I have already produced and am producing a visible result of my study not only in Japan and in the world.
