Research Abstract |
DMC and DMO is an intermediate actors with the know-how of management to oversee the power of some actors existing in tourist destination. However, these organizations do not have the perspective to improve service levels and service quality in the region. The tourist destination innovation theory is the fusion theory of the micro perspective and macro perspective. This study has been claimed to be effective for innovation of micro-macro-linkage framework of "regional service profit chain" by some experimental study.
