| Research Abstract |
We investigated Research Administration Organization in Japan and U.S.A. universities for development of Japanese RA organization model. In U.S.A., RA organization contained mainly “Pre-award section”, “Post-award section”, “Compliance section” and “Data Management section”. The number of RA officer is enoughin Research University. In Japan, many RA organizations have research strategy section. This section resemble to Research Development section in U.S.A..
