Research Abstract |
This research focused on the faculty and staff relevant to the internship programs as part of the curriculum, in order to organize the "diversity" of the internship in Japanese universities. In conclusion, the key to organize the "diversity" is to clarify the interaction between the academic unit and the organization of student personnel service. And more notable finding is that the kind of participation of stakeholders outside university in the internship programs as part of thecurriculum, impact the interaction between the academic unit and the organization of student personnel service. This finding provides a new approach to theoretical study of the "diversity" of the internship in Japanese universities.
