Research Abstract |
In lipid peroxidation reaction,it is measured without distinguishing these reaction products, which oxidative stress caused by reactive oxygen species or radicals reaction products and the biological enzymatic reaction products. Therefore, it is considered to be important for oxidative stress prevention by an antioxidant agent to distinguish these reaction products. I investigated whether there are differences in the reaction products produced by the reaction with biomolecular substances and enzymatic reaction by lipoxygenase, a chemical reaction by the radical generator, the physical reaction by UV irradiation. As a result, the reaction intermediates generated in the physical reaction and enzymatic reactions and chemical reactions, no difference was observed in the reaction product.
