Research Abstract |
Bradykinin has been implicated in ischemic preconditioning and has been shown to induce mitochondrial reactive oxygen species generation through nitric oxide (NO). I investigated the involvement of the bradykinin B2 receptor (BKB2R) and measured NO production in chronic ethanol-induced cardioprotection.
