| Research Abstract |
This study is to establish a universal evaluation method which can evaluate a diverse range of qualitative research. First, the paper examined prior research concerning the issue of evaluation in qualitative research and points out their limitations. Secondly, the research argued that scientificness and commonality are useful perspectives for the construction of a universal evaluation method, and reveals the conditions for scientificness and commonality from the perspective of SCQRM. Thirdly, it presented the Commonality Based Evaluation Method for Research Papers which can uniformly evaluate a diverse range of qualitative research papers by inverting a method for composing research papers which can preserve scientificness and commonality, and incorporating it into the format of the research paper. Lastly, the usefulness of the evaluation methods was examined through the workshops of qualitative research and a scientific report.
