Research Abstract |
This study argues that fundamental rights should be compared to trump human rights theory, to do the maximum to achieve in order to of more effective protection of the right to a decent life. Article 15, Article 22 of the Constitution of Taiwan, and Human Dignity should be able to export such a theory. A narrow and deep judicial review should promote the protection of the right to a decent life step by step.
