Research Abstract |
This study looks at the generation process of new business models among apparelcompanies and highlights the “evolution business model” which addressed key factorsof the rapid advance in globalization and complex and diversified consumer needs. We looked into generating the attributes for company transformation by conducting ahands-on approach centering on the field work study of SPA and FF model companieswhich possess competitive advantage in the fashion market as well as a theoreticalapproach of company evolutions from environmental compatibility perspectives toidentify its success factors.
