Outline of Research at the Start

近年，子どもの育ちを支える上で学校と家庭の連携の必要性が指摘されている。一方で若年層の教員の増加により，十分な教育相談力を備えた教員の育成が急務となっている。そこで本研究ではこれまで「職人技」とされてきた教育相談力について，特に家庭との連携において重要となる「保護者対応力」に着目し，保護者対応に求められるスキルの解明やその知見を生かした教員研修ツールの開発を目的とする。本研究の知見は，教育相談力不足による教員のバーンアウト予防や，保護者と学級担任の効果的な連携への示唆を提供することができると考えられる。
