Outline of Research at the Start	日本人夫婦の「1/3」が離婚する。北米においては、かねてより離婚の問題が深刻視されており、有効性が実証されたカップルセラピーの普及段階に入っている。翻って、わが国では夫婦/カップル関係に関して、有効な支援策が確立されていない。カップルセラピーは通常8-20セッションを要し、カップル側と支援者側双方にかなりのコストを要する。とりわけカップルにとって、二人で面接に参加することの敷居は高い。本研究計画では、現代日本の文脈に即した2セッションのみからなる「超短期カップルセラピー」のプログラム開発およびその効果検証をおこなう。
