Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、①認知症や辺縁系脳炎群やパーキンソン症候群例においてもSez6l2抗体例が存在するかどうか？、②より生態的な条件下で抗Sez6l2抗体の病原性はどうか？の2点を中心に検討する。①に関しては、急性発症の認知症など自己免疫性脳炎の機序が疑われる例において、検討としていく。②においては、われわれの先行論文においてN1E115細胞にSez6l2タンパク質が生理的に発言していることより、患者血清を利用することでその細胞形態の変化やRNAの変化を検討する予定である。
