Outline of Research at the Start

近年、腸管不全（短腸症）の中心静脈栄養の減量を目的とした新規治療薬：GLP-2アナログ製剤（GLP-2）が使用可能となった。このGLP-2はIGF-1を誘導することが示唆されており、一方でIFG-1により肝細胞の庇護作用および肝星細胞の活性抑制作用が得られることもわかってきた。しかし、短腸症の新規治療薬であるGLP-2の投与により誘導されたIGF-1が、肝機能障害を軽減するかどうかについての研究は過去には行われていない。今回、短腸症を含めた腸管不全患者においてGLP-2、IGF-1の誘導という観点から慢性的な腸管不全関連肝障害に対する治療法の可能性を評価する。
