Outline of Research at the Start	近年の大規模豪雨は甚大な被害をもたらしており、日々の気象観測とそれに基づく予測・対策が不可欠である。気象予測には天候変化を日常的かつ広範囲に把握する必要があり、気象庁では降雨レーダーなど設置型観測機器で1km平方メッシュの予報を行っているが機器拡充には限界がある。本研究では移動体によるクラウドソーシング型の新しい気象現況把握の方法を構築する。既存のクラウドソーシング型気象情報収集には、株式会社ウェザーニューズによるサポーター制度があるが、人手のため情報収集の平準化および効率化が求められている。研究ではドライブレコーダー画像を活用した気象現況の自動収集システムの技術開発を行う。
