Outline of Research at the Start	一般的に定常時の皮膚表面は弱酸性であり、皮膚バリア機能が維持されている。一方、アトピー性皮膚炎などの慢性皮膚炎症時では中性にシフトする。我々は表皮角化細胞を制御するpH感応性生理活性脂質P-LPE/A-LPEを見いだした。この脂質は中性条件下ではリゾプラズマローゲンP-LPEとして慢性炎症を惹起するが、酸性条件下ではアセタール型P-LPE（A-LPE)に非酵素的に代謝され皮膚バリア機能を構築する。本補助事業ではこの生理活性脂質の実体解明をおこなうと共にこれを指標とした創薬シーズを発掘することを目的とする。
