Outline of Research at the Start

全身振動療法に示されるように、振動により骨形成が促進されることが明らかになっているが、そのメカニズムは明らかでは無い。この微小振 動が骨形成を促進するメカニズムには細胞が関与していると考えられるので、細胞の振動感知メカニズムを解明するための研究手法を確立する ことが必要である。本研究では磁気マイクロアクチュエータアレイを内蔵した細胞振動MEMSアレイデバイスとその駆動システムの開発を行い、 細胞振動MEMSアレイデバイスを用いた微小振動下にある細胞小器官の動態解析手法を確立して、細胞の振動感知メカニズムの解明への扉を開く。
