Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、各AMPA受容体複合体に対して新しくCALI法をそれぞれ開発する。さらに本技術をin vivoの海馬に適用し、行動学的解析を行い各複合体が記憶に機能するタイミングを同定する。さらにCALI前後の動物において、二光子イメージング・電気生理学的解析などを駆使することで、AMPA受容体を軸とした海馬記憶における記憶痕跡細胞の選択・維持に関する分子機構の解明を目的とする
