Outline of Research at the Start

Ｄ１もしくはＤ２細胞にのみＣｒｅリコンビナーゼを発現するマウスにＣｒｅ特異的にカルシウムインディケーターを発現させる。グリンレンズを留置して、側坐核の細胞を1細胞レベルで観察する。解析は雌雄において1細胞ごとの違いを見る方法から、集合としての表象の違いについて機械学習や深層学習を用いて検討する。
