Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では,鋼構造物の防食皮膜の劣化傷と鋼材の電気化学機構との連成現象を学際的視点で解明した上で,防食性能の最適化手法を確立し,実装展開することを目的とする.そのために,重度腐食を誘発するさび・塩類が残留した鋼素地の腐食発生性状と皮膜劣化に伴う腐食発生機構を解明する.また,腐食環境,鋼素地の腐食状態と皮膜の種類・仕様の諸因子の相互干渉作用が近接皮膜傷と鋼材の腐食進行性の連成に及ぼす影響を解明する.これらの現象に基づき,鋼素地の腐食進行性の評価に加え,皮膜下腐食の発生・進行を皮膜の膨れ・割れから検知・評価できるハイブリッド腐食センサを開発する。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

残留塩・さびが鋼素地の腐食発生と付着性状に及ぼす影響の解明腐食部材のさび除去後に残留する塩・さびが鋼材の腐食発生性状(ターニング)に及ぼす影響を解明するため,さび除去処理した鋼板のターニング試験を実環境を模した定露点環境で実施した.また,ターニング性状が皮膜と鋼素地の付着特性(付着の分布・面積,付着強度)に及ぼす影響を評価するために,さび除去後に防食皮膜を施した試験体の電気化学測定と付着試験を行った.

Reason

鋼素地の腐食状態,皮膜の仕様と劣化傷に対するモデル試験体の電気化学試験を行い,これらの相互干渉と鋼材の電気化学機構の連成現象を解明中.また,鋼材の腐食進行性と皮膜下腐食の発生・進行を同時に評価可能なハイブリッドセンサを開発中である.

Strategy for Future Research Activity

④皮膜の劣化傷と鋼材の電気化学機構の連成現象の解明 構築した円形傷モデルによる近接皮膜傷と鋼材の電気化学機構の連成解明のためのモデル試験体を設計・製作する.
⑤ハイブリッド腐食センサの開発 ④のモデル試験体の構造に基づき,構造物における腐食環境,鋼素地の腐食状態,皮膜の種類・仕様の諸因子の相互干渉作用を考慮して,近接皮膜傷の腐食進行性を定量評価するための腐食センサを開発する.
⑥⑤の新規センサの大気環境における適用性の検証 ⑤のセンサの実環境における適用性の検証のため,鋼素地の腐食状態や皮膜の種類・仕様を変化させた複数の本センサを各地点で大気暴露して,腐食環境がセンサ出力と発光分布に及ぼす影響を分析する.また,本センサで予測した皮膜下腐食の進行性を大気暴露試験体と比較・検討する.
⑦⑤の新規センサの実装と防食性能の最適化手法の確立 防食性能の最適化に際して,先行研究の腐食進行性の評価法[4]を構造上重要部位と点検・対策が困難な部位に適用し,防食性能を実質的に向上すべき弱点部位を特定する.弱点部位に鋼素地の腐食状態や皮膜の種類・仕様を変化させた本センサを設置して,腐食進行性(腐食深さの経時性)を評価・比較する.この結果から,腐食進行性を最小にする残留さび・塩類の許容量,鋼素地の処理方法・条件,防食皮膜の種類・仕様を決定する.以上を取り纏め,技術者や管理者が利活用可能な防食性能の最適化手法を確立する.本手法の有用性は,研究協力機関の道路管理者と検証する.
