exosome を精製ストックし用いてVA-exosome抗線維化剤とFuc-exosome抗癌治療薬の作成を行う。これらの性状、安定性等を確認後、各種膵癌細胞株への導入効率、抗腫瘍効果等in vitroでの機能評価を通して最適な作成方法、条件を確立する。
