Outline of Research at the Start

膵癌の早期診断は死亡率を低減させる有力なアプローチである。本研究では、早期膵癌患者あるいは膵癌マウスモデル由来の血漿において、血漿タンパク質・自己抗体結合抗原の高感度プロテオーム解析を行い、癌抗原が示す血中動態の包括的な理解を目指す。探索的血漿プロテオーム解析から同定された有望なバイオマーカーについては、初期検証とバイオマーカーパネル開発に引き続いて、膵癌高リスク群である膵のう胞性疾患サーベイランスプログラムで収集された臨床診断前血漿検体において検証を行い、高精度な膵癌早期診断法の開発を目指す。
