Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、糖代謝異常合併妊娠（DIP）の妊娠期および分娩期の血糖管理目標に関して、信憑性の高いエビデンスを構築することを目的とする。そのために、(1)正常耐糖能妊婦（以下NGT）と、(2)DIPを対象とし、妊娠全期（初期・中期・末期）と分娩期に持続血糖モニターを用いて正常血糖範囲およびDIP血糖目標範囲を解析し、(3)システマティックレビューにより既存の知識を整理し、(4)エキスパートオピニオンの意見収集や外部評価を得て、(5)最適な血糖管理指針の確立を行う研究である。
