Outline of Research at the Start

介護保険施設の職場において人間関係と組織風土の課題が介護人材の離職や業務上疾病、虐待をはじめケアに影響を及ぼしている。改善に向け“心理的安全性”の概念に着目し、その実態と前提要因を質的研究により解明し、職場の人間関係と組織風土を改善する仕組みづくりとして、管理職向けの支援プログラムをケースメソッドの手法に倣い新たに開発する。さらにプログラムについて、職場のスタッフへの波及的な効果を含め、無作為化比較試験より有効性を検証する。得られる知見は現場に広く普及・実装できるプログラムの科学的根拠を裏づけ、成果物の社会への発信は、地域包括ケアシステムの持続可能性と看護学の発展への寄与が期待できる。
