Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、① Ragon 研究所の最新技術を用いた疾患特異的自己抗原の候補分子を同定、② 厚労班（川野班）との連携にて世界有数のIgG4関連疾患患者レジストリの利用して自己抗原の候補分子自己抗原のバリデーションと抽出、③ 徳島大学との共同研究による抽出した自己抗原に着目したIgG4関連疾患モデルマウスの作成と新規治療薬の開発を目指すことである。
