Outline of Final Research Achievements

In the present study, it aimed at construction and the practice of the inclusive support system that had centered on development and the introduction of the information tool concerning "Growth of the child who held the difficulty" in H city.
The results of research are as follows:i)The guide for school personnel which has hint to assessment function and support that understands growth of child who has diversity were made and open to website for school personnel of H city, ii)The expansion of cross-sectioinal, longitudinal support network according to the practice of the training sessions that exceed the difference between the school species, iii)making and distribution (planned) of leaflets aimed at continuity of support before and after entering a school.
The enhancement of the guide will be attempted by the elaboration in the assessment function part in the future, and implementing the case study committee and the workshop that encourage to use the guide are problems.
