Outline of Final Research Achievements |
It became clear that, in Europe, marketing regulations and civil rules on contract formation and execution shows a tendency to intersect and to converge. On the other hand, EU member states seem to be still maintaining a diversity of enforcement methods, and to continue seeking their ideal state of being.
