In Recent entrepreneurship research, the entrepreneurial process, especially, the entrepreneurial opportunities, has been focused because the opportunity is the starting point of the process. Which an opportunity is discovered or created has a hot issue. Almost the prior studies about both of discovery and creation are theoretical research except Davidson (2005), by the difficulty for the research design. Shane (2000) is a remarkable empirical study for the discovery, which was effected by the entrepreneurs’ job experiences and their social networks. This study is the empirical study that compares the discovery and creativity of opportunities, controlled the job experiences and the social networks. As a result, the same corporate culture is one of the workplace, both also discover and create a entrepreneur with similar work experience could be confirmed.
