Outline of Final Research Achievements |
It is shown that the priority of educational quality assurance after"Loi d'orientation sur l'Ecole"(2005)that is affected by consumerism and outcome based orientation of LOLF(Loi organique relative aux lois de finances,2001) have shifted to leveling up teachers' qualities and paied few attentions to the school evaluation. School evalutaion has altered its character to the assessment tool of educational system. It was given by the intorduction of the system of "contrat d'objectif".But this has never been popular in schools, and the new national indicators for shool evalutaion has also not accepted by teachers. The conflict between participation and the outcome based orientation is big in France.
