Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We Studied the dynamic structures of various polypeptides at single molecule level using the technique of Atomic force microscopy. Single molecule force spectroscopy reveaed that Polyglutamic acid, polylysine have very flexible structure, while polyproline has a very rigid, resilient structure.
