Outline of Final Research Achievements |
To clarify the mechanism of development regulated by the nucleocytoplasmic transport, we attempted to create a knockout mouse targeting importin alpha, a typical nuclear transport receptor, and succeeded in obtaining the hetero knockout lines, of which the phenotype is now under analysis.
