Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study is to establish the nematode control technology by the plant essence. 24 fiscal year, cinnamon, peppers (Jolokia, etc.), FY 25-26 were extracted the essence of shikimic and andromeda are woody plants. Steam distillation method, percolation method, compression method, boiled method, as well as ethanol solvent extraction method were used for extracting. In addition, ginger vinegar, pepper vinegar, shikimic vinegar and andromeda vinegar liquid were extracted using plant vinegar-liquid extraction device which was developed. Consequently, the following result was clarified that the essences of ① cinnamon, ② pepper, ③ ginger, ④ shikimic and ⑤ andromeda have strong murder capability to kill nematode.
