Outline of Final Research Achievements |
As it was considered that SHAP-HA complex might correlate with cancer micro-environment through the anti-oxidative stress system, we assessed the presence of glutathione in the breast cancer tissues. However, we failed to confirm the glutathione reaction concomitant with SHAP-HA complex. This indicates that SHAP-HA complex may play a role for creating cancer micro-environment through the other pass way. The serum concentration of SHAP-HA complex increased with the progress of the breast cancer, indicating that SHAP-HA complex could be applied as the tumor marker demonstrating the cancer stage.
