Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The Purpose of this study is to consideration of leadership training using posithive approach for "Competent" nurses. Specifically, I had two aims: (a) to explore feature of leadership ability of competent nurse, and (b) to evaluate the leadership training using positive approach for "competent" nurses. The results showed that leadership training using positive approach was beneficial effect on the "competent" nurses to have an impact on learning and motivation.
