Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The performance and productivity of knowledge workers and university students, is one of the key areas of management thinking that will emerge during the 21st Century. In this study, the author presents a new concept to quantify university student’s academic performance by using Sabermetrics which is the empirical analysis of baseball, especially baseball statistics that measure in-game activity. The concept is developed by focusing on similarities between a baseball game and a GPA grading in university model.
