Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The aim of this work is to construct peptide probes that use a cooperative interaction of molecules containing ligands on cells. Peptides with a ligand sequence were assembled to form a nano-sized structure. The assemblage containing many ligand peptides specifically bound to tumor cells that expressed the target proteins.
