Research Abstract |
In the present research, to focus on cognitive flexibility, which is competence to take another perspective or move internal attention along the context and one of everyday problem solving competences, two questionnaires and three online-surveys were conducted to examine the relationship between adult learning and lifelong development of cognitive flexibility. The results suggest that informal and self-directed adult learners would cope with everyday problems flexibly.
