Research Abstract |
Preseasonal prophylactic treatment with steroid nasal spray is more effective than on-seasonal administration to patients with pollinosis in reducing nasal symptoms during the peak pollen period by suppressing histamine H1 receptor gene expression in the nasal mucosa.
