Outline of Research at the Start

小児科・児童精神科患者を対象に5年間の前向縦断研究を行い、CPSSの予後予測能を確認するとともに、精神病リスクの動態メカニズムを解明する。また教育臨床用CPSSを開発し、学校不適応児童を対象にその運用を試行する。教育臨床用CPSSは双方向性Webシステムを利用して精神病リスク評価や心理行動特性などのメンタルヘルス情報を図表で視覚化し、医療・教育間で共有するものである。さらに、リスク児童に対する介入トライアル（栄養補助、認知機能改善療法、運動療法）を実施し、発症予防および適応向上に有効な早期介入戦略を構築する。
