Outline of Research at the Start

我が国では、行政指針や法律にもとづき、医学や生命科学の領域等において人を対象とした研究を実施する際には、機関等に設置された倫理委員会の承認が必須である。これに対し、心理学、教育学、社会学などの領域に関して同様の規制は存在しない。
しかし、規制の対象外ではあっても、慎重な倫理的配慮を必要とする研究が実施されており、一部の学会は、倫理委員会の承認を論文の投稿条件としている。だが、規制対象外研究から審議すべきものを適切に選び出し、審査するための仕組は確立されていない。
そこで本研究では、規制対象外研究に関わる倫理委員会・学会を対象に調査を行い、これらの研究を適切な仕方で扱う仕組みを明らかにする。
