Outline of Research at the Start

がん進展のさまざまな過程においてユビキチン化の関与が明らかになってきており、治療の標的として注目されている。ユビキチンリガーゼ(E3)はユビキチンを標的基質に付加する際の基質特異性と多様性を担っているため、薬剤標的として有望視されている。本研究ではユビキチン化基質を同定する新規手法をがんドライバーE3に適用しその基質を網羅的に同定する。さこの結果を基にがん細胞における機能を解明し、がんドライバーE3が、がんの進展において果たす役割について明らかにし、臨床医学に貢献する知見（バイオマーカーや創薬シーズ等）を得ることを目的とする。
