Outline of Research at the Start

Neo adjuvant療法のマウスモデル用いて、メモリーT細胞として残存する腫瘍特異的T細胞の性質を、１細胞RNAシーケンスやメタボローム解析などで評価する。免疫記憶を増強する治療として、免疫チェックポイント阻害薬、脂質代謝酵素阻害薬などを既に見出しており、その作用メカニズム解明と新しい標的の探索を行い、更にCAR-T細胞のメモリー分化への応用も検討する。ヒト検体では、肺癌、腎癌、悪性黒色腫の長期生存例の腫瘍や末梢血を経時的に収集し、メモリーT細胞への分化過程を解析し、動物実験で得た知見も検証する。
