Outline of Research at the Start

免疫関連肝障害という共通点を持つAIHとICI関連肝障害の肝生検検体を用いて、RNA-seqによるトランスクリプトーム解析を実施する。さらにそれを基盤としてマルチオミクスデータの統合解析を行い、その分子学的差異に基づいて両疾患の病態解明とバイオマーカー同定を行う。さらにマウスモデルを用いてその病態を詳細に解析するとともに、新規治療標的の探索を行う。
