Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では３つの「問い」を解明する。すなわち、１）MRONJの病態の一つである口腔粘膜の閉鎖不全は上皮細胞のミトコンドリアの異常によるものか？２）MSCによる不良ミトコンドリアの交換がOECの局所的な異常性も改善し、MRONJの治療に寄与できるか？　３）細胞投与ではなく、ミトコンドリアを直接治療に生かすことができるか？である。
