Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、氾濫拡大が通信・電力障害および被災者に与える影響の解析を目的とする。災害発生中には設備故障を主な原因として通信・電力機能が徐々に失われていく。代替の回線や設備による早期復旧が図られるものの、災害時の防災情報の到達性は、被災者の行動を左右する重大な課題である。本研究は申請者が開発している連携基盤をもとに、災害時の情報入手に関わる氾濫解析、人間行動、通信・電力障害、ITサービスに関するシミュレータを協調動作させ、氾濫拡大が通信・電力障害および被災者の情報入手へどのような影響を及ぼすかを解析する基盤を開発する。
