Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、中年・若年話者の関西方言の多様性の分布パターンを検証し、機械学習を用いて話者グループを特定することで、現代の関西方言が世代間でどのように異なるかを理解することを目指す。また、本研究では、関西人自身がどのような方言話者のグループを識別しているのか、その話者の位置をどの程度把握しているのかを検証する。このようにして、本研究は、1）現代の関西弁が世代を超えてどのように変化してきたか、2）現代の関西弁の分類がどのようなものであるか、3）関西弁の知覚的分類がどのようなものであるか、そして、4）機械学習による分類が関西弁話者による知覚的な分類にどの程度反映されているかを初めて明らかにする。
